Did your ticket win?

Point your camera at a Powerball ticket. The app reads it and tells you if you won, and how much.

How is it different?

Every scanner reads a ticket. Most of them read it wrong. These are the failures this app is built to stop.

How it works

  1. 1

    Point the camera

Hold the ticket upright in the frame. Tap the shutter. The app takes one still photo.

  2. 2

    Check the read

The app shows what it read next to your photo. Correct anything it marked. Add a line it missed.

  3. 3

    Get the answer

Tap Check. The app saves the ticket and says what each line won, for each drawing, and how much.

It remembers for you

Keep a ticket in the app. Turn the notification on once, and it covers every ticket you saved. The app tells you when the numbers are in. It never names an amount in the notification.

Questions

Which lottery does it read?
US Powerball only, everywhere Powerball is sold. The app does not read another game today.
Does it need the internet?
No. The app ships every drawing since 7 October 2015. It checks your ticket offline. It uses the network only to fetch a new drawing.
Does it need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, and there are no ads right now.
What about a ticket for a night that has not run?
The app says when the night runs. It never shows a future drawing as a loss. Keep the ticket in the app, and it notifies you when the numbers are in.
Can it pay a prize?
No. The app tells you what your line matched. Take a winning ticket to the lottery. The app never confirms a jackpot.
